Inspection and maintenance before equipment startup

1. The motor shall be intact in appearance, fastened and reliable, and the motor fan shall be free of damage, looseness and friction with the housing.

2. Power supply and transmission line inspection. Cables and power lines shall be firmly wired.

3. Check the electrical control box. The wiring is complete without damage or disconnection; The interior is clean, dry and free of sundries; Instruments, indicator lights, switches and other devices should be complete and intact. Each switch shall be in the specified state before starting, that is, the pressure test switch is in the off position; The reverse switch of the plate valve is in the forward position.

4. Oil level check. The oil level should be in the middle of the level gauge.

5. Oil quality inspection. It should be yellow and transparent, without foaming and turbidity.

6. Observe the liquid in the water tank for 10 minutes, and the liquid level should not drop significantly. Otherwise, check the cause of water leakage and deal with it.

7. The hopper should be cleaned and free of concrete slag and debris; The mixing blades shall be fastened, intact and free of damage or deformation.

8. The inside of the valve box should be clean, without concrete slag and debris, and the discharge door should be closed tightly and reliably; The clearance between wear ring and eye plate meets the requirements.

9. The fixation of each pump, oil motor and valve meets the requirements, and it is firmly connected with the oil pipe with good sealing.

10. Before taking over, each pipe should be checked. The inside should be clean and smooth, and the appearance should be free of cracks or serious dents and deformation; The clamp and its connecting screws shall be intact and clean, and the rubber sealing ring in the clamp shall be intact and elastic, without cement dry slag; The pipeline shall be laid as flat as possible, firmly connected, and reliably supported, without touching the sundries that are harmful to the pipe fittings.
