HGY13 concrete placing pole is used to cooperate with concrete pump for concrete pouring operation. The use of concrete distributing rod can give full play to the working efficiency of concrete pump, improve the pouring quality and reduce the labor intensity.

HGY13 concrete placing boom is composed of boom assembly, slewing mechanism, lower frame, rear bracket, counterweight, concrete pipeline, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The hydraulic system controls the extension and folding of the three arms to match the rotary action of the rotary mechanism, so that the end of the concrete delivery pipe extends to the construction point to be poured.

HGY13 placing boom adopts concrete conveying pipe with nominal inner diameter of 125mm (conforming to jj83-91 standard).

The hydraulic system is equipped with safety relief valve to prevent overload of working mechanism. Hydraulic lock is installed on the working oil cylinder to ensure the construction safety.

Electrical control system can realize control cabinet panel operation and wired remote control operation. Interlock is set between each operation mode to ensure construction safety.

The equipment needs to be hoisted in place with the help of crane. Before lifting, it should be confirmed whether the lifting performance of the crane meets the requirements.
