HGY17 concrete spreader is a distributing equipment for concrete pouring operation in construction with concrete pump, which is applicable to any concrete building such as buildings, bridges, roads, foundations, etc. The use of concrete distributing machine can give full play to the working efficiency of concrete pump, improve the pouring quality and reduce the labor intensity.

HGY17 concrete distributor is composed of distributing arm assembly, slewing device, upper and lower supports, underframe, concrete pipeline, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The distributing arm is a three section box structure, which can be extended and folded by the hydraulic system, and the concrete can be transported to the required construction surface by cooperating with the rotary mechanism. The hydraulic system is equipped with safety relief valve to prevent overload of working mechanism. Hydraulic lock is installed on the working oil cylinder to ensure the construction safety. Electrical control system can realize control panel operation and wired operation. The interlock function is set between each operation mode to ensure the construction safety.
