Inspection and maintenance in pumping construction

1. Check that the current and temperature rise of the motor should be within the specified range;

2. Instruments, indicator lights and all operating parts work well;

3. Operate according to the specified sequence to avoid starting with load;

4. Keep electrical equipment clean and dry; Protect cables and remote control cables from damage.

5. Check whether the oil level, oil quality and oil temperature of the oil tank meet the requirements;

6. The pressure, flow, noise and temperature rise of the oil pump and oil motor should be within the normal range. When the oil temperature reaches 70 °, the machine should be shut down immediately for cooling;

7. All valves, accumulators, pressure gauges, etc. shall work well and meet the working requirements of the system;

8. The hydraulic pipeline is firmly connected without external leakage.

9. If there is a large amount of cement slurry in the water tank, check whether the concrete piston is damaged.

10. Insulation measures should be taken in cold seasons, or 20L antifreeze should be added to prevent the water tank from freezing The oversized aggregate or other sundries on the grid shall be removed at any time, and the grid shall not be removed arbitrarily;

11. Prevent foreign matters such as reinforcement from entering the hopper. When the mixing shaft is stuck, check the cause in time and remove the obstacles;

12. Check the automatic lubrication equipment in time to ensure the lubrication of all lubrication points and mixing parts of the distribution valve.

13. Keep the discharge door closed. In case of water leakage, slurry leakage and air leakage, check and deal with it immediately; After the discharge door is opened, the sealing surface and sealing ring must be cleaned and then closed tightly;

14. The pipe joint should be firm and sealed. In case of water and slurry leakage, it should be removed, inspected and handled in time;

15. Check the support and fixation of the pipeline. If the support and cushion are damaged due to vibration during pumping operation, it should be restored and reinforced in time.
