1. When the wind speed exceeds level 6, it is strictly forbidden to operate the distributor. When the wind speed exceeds level 4, it is strictly forbidden to disassemble the distributor;

2. The distributor should keep a certain distance from high-voltage wires and relays;

3. The end pouring hose must be tied with safety rope. It is strictly forbidden to use the end hose with a length of more than 3 meters for pouring, and the hose shall not be inserted into the poured concrete;

4. When the distributor is working, no one is allowed to stand under the boom;

5. The operator must obey the command of the commander, and it is strictly forbidden to distribute materials blindly to avoid accidents;

6. The pressure of hydraulic system shall not exceed 25mpko

7. It is strictly forbidden to open the pipe joint when there is pressure in the delivery pipe and oil pipe;

8. It is strictly forbidden to remove the end hose and connect the boom with another rigid conveying pipeline;

9. It is strictly forbidden for the distributor to work with faults;

10. The operator shall receive relevant technical training, carefully read the operation manual, be familiar with the working principle of the distributor, master the working essentials, be healthy, and be qualified after the test;

11. In case of any abnormal scene or fault of the equipment during operation, it shall be shut down immediately for inspection, and the operation can be carried out only after the cause is found out and the fault is eliminated;

12. Before operation, the operator should check whether there is open welding at the metal structural parts and welding machine parts, and whether the connection between the base beam and the building wall is firm;

13. Check each connecting bolt one by one every week to see whether it is loose, and whether each limit switch and braking device are sensitive and reliable;

14. In the process of rotation, it is strictly forbidden to run in the opposite direction when the whole machine is not stopped stably. The coupling at the rotation position cannot be fixed too tightly to ensure flexible rotation;

15. After the completion of the distribution, the concrete pipe of the Distributor shall be cleaned to prevent the concrete from caking in the pipe, causing pipe blockage and explosion, which will affect the normal use;

16. Carefully clean, fasten, lubricate and adjust;

17. During overhaul or maintenance, the pipe rack must be closed, the safety hook must be hung, the boom must be placed horizontally, and the ground power supply must be cut off.
